REGENCO provides experienced full-time Technical Directors. They bring many years of experience in power generation field service and their expertise covers all of the major OEM designs. They are proficient in planning, inspecting, and overseeing repairs of turbines, generators and the auxiliaries. They are backed by highly qualified Project Managers.

Typical Technical Direction Activities

• Pre-outage planning

• Specification, work scope and schedule development

• Technical direction and on-site repair recommendations

• Control of all on-site outage activities

• Coordination of outage shifts and work planning

• Progress reports and input for schedule revisions

• Final outage activity reports and documentation

• Coordination of on-site subcontractors

• Supervise rigging and lifts

• Alignment using either laser, tight wire, or lead wire methods

• MHC control specialists

• Start-up support
