Turbine Parts and Generator Manufacture

Whenever heavy machinery is taken apart, including turbines and generators, a wide variety of small parts can be damaged or found to be severely worn or stressed. While it is possible to order new parts from the manufacturer, it is usually faster and more cost effective to allow us to manufacture those parts for you.

We have the machining equipment and a huge stock of raw materials to make it possible for us to reverse engineer and manufacture these parts to minimize any delay that the damaged part would cause.

Commonly the base materials for these parts is known, but sometimes the material is a mystery. When this situation occurs, we will use a PMI (Positive Material Identification) process to determine the exact make up of the original material. We can then use the same material to make your new part.
